At Rostisseria Olé we roast our fresh chickens over wood fire and season them in a novel and unique way.
Roast chicken is a very healthy food for the whole family, because it’s low in fat, cooked over fire, and seasoned in a 100% natural way.
The fat drips away with the fire and the meat remains juicy and tender.
You can choose from various types of sauces, with different flavors (garlic aioli, tomato sauce, mayonnaise…that will give the chicken a delicious and very special flavor.
